Pre-Program
Setting Intentions
Setting a clear intention for our work together, and what you hope to achieve during our time together. Directing your will and your attention to your intention will breathe energy into this work and supports your ongoing journey through the Awakening Formula©. You will get an email from me, with all the details needed for a great start!
Week 2
Chakra Clear Session
Our first session, I take you through a classic emotional clearing session to get to know your nervous system, align your energies to your intention for this program, and for you to get familiar with the emotional clearing tools. In this session I also cover key principles and resources from Somatic Experiencing® for your to understand how Nervous System Regulation works.
This session is a hour long ‘Orientation’ session in which I share some valuable psycho-education concepts to help you get your mind ‘on board’ with the method and familiar with our style of work. The intention part of your session is fully facilitated and no preparation is needed. At the end of our first session together you will have set a clear and powerful intention this journey. This will accelerate transformation and the results to follow. Welcome Home to the process of infinite growth!
Weeks 3 - 12
The Spiral Journey
The Spiral is a package incorporating 8 sessions. You will have one session per week that will be via a Zoom call (can also be face to face). Each session is like undergoing a system cleanse or could be considered to be very similar to a software upgrade for your mind and body. It targets the very CORE of us and initiates profound and rapid yet also embodied and integrated change:
There are 7 levels and each level relates to one chakra:
Worthiness/Deserving (level 1), Creativity/Belonging (Level 2), Personal Power/Confidence (Level 3), Expression/Love (Level 4), Expression/Leadership (Level 5), Vision/Intuition (Level 6 ) Purpose/Joy (Level 7)
The 8th session is an integration session:
Be-Do-Have (Manifestation Clear)
Covering the importance of journaling practice (you can opt to buy a Shadow Journal) the manifestation clear, and a sound healing integration.
Weeks 11 and 10 are wiggle room weeks, so we can adapt to last minutes life happenings… :)
